I stayed for three nights. There were several issues with the property: unadvertised renovations in the lobby, no indication we would be assigned a windowless room facing only an indoor pool, inadequate parking and constant banquets and events being set up in the hallway outside our room. Overall, the hotel was noisy, parking was always an issue and our room was not what we expected. I do not recommend.

Parts of the room were recently updated. Loud air conditioner had to run constantly as i had an interior room looking into the pool area which was very warm. Easy access to buses. On a 6 lane, busy road. Handy to have the mall, restaurants close by. I would request the newer section shown in the picture

Good Hotel, Great staff

I was in town for a sporting event and needed a place to stay the night before. I found the Sandman and gave it chance. I had a great time and experience. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The concierge was very patience and accommodating while i was experiencing some issues with my credit card. Would stay again on my next visit to Kelowna.
