The staff were super friendly. The building is a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The underground parking garage is small and cramped, but at least there as parking, so that's a in. And the breakfast buffet had a large selection that was frequently replenished. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with great linens and a comfy bed. The complimentary continental breakfast was one of the best I've encountered. We'd definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were so comfy and the shower head had the perfect pressure! There were really nice robes in the closet and the room spotless, updated and classy. Since we were on the second floor our patio doors opened to a huge communal balcony which we loved. Location couldn’t have been better and we walked everywhere. We’ll be back

As close to Lake Okanagan as you want to be

Perfect location to get anywhere near the Kelowna waterfront: eating, culture, play (kids or adults). Parking is tight, but you don't have to drive much.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting much but it was very clean, awesome balcony in the room and in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable, nice towels. It must have been recently renovated because everything looks newish. The breakfast was also really great, lots of options and even gluten free bread with a separate toaster. I would definitely stay again. It’s right near the waterfront and walking distance to Prospera place and the community theatre as well as many restaurants and shops.

Convenient location. Walkable to so many things. Also love that there are real wine glasses, water glasses and coffee mugs in the rooms as well as no disposables in the excellent breakfast area!

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and location is fantastic to access downtown Kelowna. Yes I would stay here again. The only negative is in regards to parking: the hotel has underground parkade (6ft clearance) and alternative back alley parking. Be warned if you have a full size truck (over 6 ft) clearance it will not fit in the underground parking. Also the back alley parking is difficult to squeeze a truck into which leaves you to navigate expensive private owned (and busy) parking lots downtown.

Location downtown is good but street it’s on is shut down for cars. Check in is awkward. Plus downtown Kelowna is terrible. Drugs and drug injection everywhere.
