It was a nice hotel just sucked that the elevators were out completely and being that our room was on the thrid floor wasnt fun having to go up and down with all our luggage and having little kids wasnt easy ither. Beds were that comfy and our ac leaked i let the front desk lady know and she seemed to not care. Most my family had issues in the pool as well with the high levels of chlorine made some of the sick. Some of the staff are nice but some are rude just depends who your talking to but other then these issues it wasnt that bad i just dont think we would stay here again.

Breakfast was really good and a lot of options !! The hotel room was pretty dirty still the couch wasn’t cleaned the pullout bed had fruit loops all over under it and the bed sheets weren’t changed at all on the pullout

Not well cleaned. Hair in bathrooms, tub needed to be scoured not just sprayed out. Floors were left with trash along edges and corners. Hot tub had so much chlorine that it made your eyes sting.

We arrived around dinner time and two local looking families were leaving stating until next time. And one states that was a fun pool day. They got in the car wet from pool and drove off so i dont think they were staying there. Plus check out time is like 11am so they either had a super late check out or was bathing in pool all day. Wedid go in pool. Only a few things open in that shopping center and thankfully one was target. Because for a room for 4 people it had no soap! I didnt want to call staff since when we checked in the lady had already stated they are busy due to it being Saturday night yesterday. Plus i did something else from target so i just picked up soap too. Average room with two beds. Good variety for breakfast. Close yo freeway.

Wouldn’t Stay There Again

Room was clean. Didn’t use pool area. Tried to park car in well lit area. Staff were very young and spent a lot of time outside smoking and visiting in a group. Elevator broke our last night there and we had to pull a lot of luggage and bags downstairs. We all three are elderly so it was a bit hard for us. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Pre made omelets to pop in microwave and hard boiled eggs. There was sausage, gravy, and biscuits. You could also make a waffle.

My family and I were on the second and third floor.. I had booked two rooms. We had a lot of stuff for two days and the elevator did not work. We had to carry all of our luggage way down to the end of the hall and up two and three flights of stairs.. also the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work, kept having issues with that and I was tired of going back-and-forth with the front desk person trying to get it to work!

Room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent! My favorite part of the visit was the amazing coffee jn the lobby. It eas honestly the best hotel coffee I have ever had. I think it was whidbey coffee. My second favorite amenity was the kitchen area in our king bed unit. A real microwave and counter space. It had a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the pizza we had delivered. Perfect after a long busy day. Thank you!!!
