The breakfast buffet was horrible. The eggs were overcooked and stone cold, there was no bacon or sausage, and we had to wait 15 minutes to receive a milk refill. The afternoon clerk did not come to the room to assist with the Wi-Fi password as promised. My COPD makes walking difficult.

We did have difficulty getting to the property from the road. Not the fault of the hotel, but the city and how the roads are layed out. The moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She was great! Check in was a breeze and we found our room to be very clean and comfortable. We were happy to have stayed there and will return again. Hopefully we will navigate that stupid road to the entrance better. Shame on the City of Kennewick.

The property needs a bit of love, it is old and some stuff don't work or looks a dated. We had an issue where the AC in our room didn't worked, luckily it was not that hot so we could go with it. That said, staff is just amazing, they're always available and very kind. They make up for all the shortages of the property itself. Ladies in nightshift are the heroes, they do a lot of things with 1 or 2 staff only.

Good place to stay

We had a wonderful time. The pool was smaller than it appeared in photos, but the kids loved it. There were some things that made you realize it was an older building (like the whistling shower), but it was overall a great visit!

I can’t imagine how this hotel had anything more than a mediocre rating. The best part was the night manager who was so patient helping me deal with Expedia-on the phone for 45 minuted, as they didn’t forward payment to the hotel . The room was worn, the sheets were some kind of weird flimsy material and the bed was like board, and impossible for me to sleep, so I just sat on the cover. The scrambled eggs were good. For the ridiculous amount of money they charged, between the Expedia fiasco and the dirty feeling room, I’ll never stay at a comfort inn again.
