Good for overnight heading to the airport the next morning. Upon walking in, the hotel reeks of curry or stale food. Very unappealing. The rooms were clean and it served it's purpose.

Ashantia is the sole reason for this 5-star rating. Her courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism stood out not only amongst the rest of the staff at this hotel, but in the hospitality industry in general. You just don't come across people as warm, friendly and eager to assist as she was, often. I'm not sure what her title was, but if she's not the General Manager, she certainly should be. The rest of the staff was rude and clearly did not want to be there helping people. It was shame because the hotel was pretty nice, otherwise. The room was GREAT! But, aside from Ashantia, the staff were not pleasant at all. There are literally dozens of decent hotels with nice rooms in that area. The only thing that sets them apart is the people. And, in this case, Ashantia is the ONLY reason I would ever choose to go back to Staybridge Suites again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I must say the rooms was as pictured and very clean. Even tho we had to pay for parking i didn't mind because it made me feel safe and secured. Definitely would book again

The hotel has lots of construction working inside out, very dusty, the whole place smell like strong chemicals from fresh painting especially inside the room, entrance to the lobby is very dirty, at the laundry facility,I found full load of clothes that have painting all over, probably has been used from those who painting the hotel it's very disgusting, open the dryer paint every where, the hotel shouldn't let painters wash their clothes there, it should reserve for hotell guest use only, breakfast is limited. Not recommended.
