The room smelled and was not prepared for someone, no coffee. Downstairs they didn’t have complimentary coffee. The room was for mobility and we didn’t realize it but the shower was not intuitive and hard to operate. The beds were too small and low. There were no drawers for storing bags. I definitely liked my previous stay at this hotel but this particular room is an embarrassment to Graduate brand and Hilton brand. I think Expedia should take so more responsibility in disclaiming the mobility features since in other times the mobility room is not quite this limited. With that said, Hilton should be embarrassed to offer this room to someone handicapped. I’m floored.

I kind of expected more from a Hilton Hotel. When recognized as a rewards member at other hotels you at least get a bottle of water...The only coffee in the room was instant coffee. Not good. Other hotels have a small coffee maker with coffee you can brew. We reserved a king room and got a queen room. When we asked about this we were told that because we booked through a third party we were pretty much at the bottom of the barrel and the first to get downgraded if the hotel was full. We were not made aware of that through our third party booker nor were we told we were getting a queen room when we checked in. I guess when you pay that much per night, you expect a little more from the hotel. The valet parking gent was great. Very friendly and accommodating.
