Tämä kolmitasoinen, 2800 neliöjalkaa kaunis kaupunkikoti sijaitsee West Ketchumissa lähellä River Run -hiihtohisseitä. Siinä on halutuin yhdistelmä kalusteita, sijainti ja mukavuudet. Tämä ominaisuus on upea auringonvalo ja on kauniisti sisustettu. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa astuessasi kaupungin kotiin on kaksi makuuhuonetta, Master-sviitti, jossa queen-vuode ja 50 taulutelevisiossa, ja pääsy yksityiselle kannelle. Toisessa kerroksessa on parketit, upotettu olohuone, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutuakseen. Nauti kaksipuolinen takka, 50 tuuman taulutelevisio ja tilava kannella BBQ-grilli. Gourmet-keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja graniittitasolla on aurinkoinen ja siinä on keittosaari, jossa on 2 baarituolia, ruokailutila on 6. Siellä on myös pieni työpöytä, jos tarvitset työasemaa. Tämä on upea yksikkö, jolla on poikkeuksellinen viihdyttävä alue. Pieni jauhehuone on keittiön vieressä ja ylimääräinen Master Suite on tällä tasolla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja 39 tuuman taulutelevisio. Harriman Townhomes sijaitsee yhden korttelin päässä River Run -hiihtohisseistä Bald Mountain -kadulla, yhden korttelin päässä pyörätieltä ja vain muutaman korttelin päässä Kesch Ketchumin ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Nämä kaupunkiasunnot jakavat kylpytynnyrin ja ympäri vuoden sijaitsevan uima-altaan Christophe Condominiumsissa. Maksuton pysäköinti paikan päällä. Great location!

We loved this house for a friends reunion trip. The location was ideal, walkable to the restaurants/bars on Main Street and to the shuttle for skiing. The property managers were very responsive to anything we needed in a timely manner.

An annual favorite

This was our second time staying at this property and for good reason! Great location, layout and well stocked kitchen. The only thing that would make this place even better is making sure the beds are made with at least 2-3 pillows/person. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The management company was very helpful and allowed us to keep our bags at the office due to our early arrival. The property was perfect! Spacious, close to Bald Mountain River Run Lift and walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Property was clean and plenty of parking. Would highly recommend and would reserve again in the future.

2nd stay here just as good

This was the 2nd time we have rented this house. The first time in the summer and the second to ski. The location is solid. You can walk to town and the main lift. Each about .25 - .5 mile but not bad and very manageable.Each time the house was clean and in good shape.

Excellent Group House

This house was perfect for our group of friends for a fun weekend in Sun Valley. Its close walking distance to both downtown as well as the lodges at Bald Mountain. The house itself was incredibly clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment for us to cook breakfast and lunch while we were in town. Another great perk was using the hot tub and pool to relax and have fun. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend get away and will consider them in the future when I return to SV.

A hidden gem

A great property in West Ketchum, walking distance to everything. Perfect layout for our group to spread out. The pictures are good but its even better in person. The townhome is well appointed with everything from loads of towels to many kitchen accessories for cooking. Alpine is one of the best property management companies to work with and they are responsive after office hours if needed. We will stay again!

The primary bathroom on the main floor did not have any electric outlets, and the primary bedroom got quite cold at night.A big shoutout to the on-call staff and maintenance team, who were incredibly responsive when our carbon monoxide detector started chirping after 1 AM (dead battery). Their quick response gave us peace of mind.Overall, a great place to stay, and we'd definitely come back!

The kitchen was well stocked but felt like there was a lot of aged leftover pantry items that should be thrown out.The furniture is extremely dated and falling apart in some cases. The only outlet in the master bedroom is under the sink and looks like a fire hazard. I took photos, I was not about to plug my hot tools into that so had to do my hair in the bedroom. There was an iron but no ironing board. We used a towel in the kitchen table. I would likely rent this again. Would love to have the electrical in the master addressed however.

I love that there was a bathroom for each bedroom area, it made getting ready for the day so much easier! The location is great - close enough to walk into Ketchum. They provided several box fans when the a/c did not cool the upper two floors - the ground floor is definitely the coolest. Overall it was lovely and we would return.

Beautiful Property

This is a perfect location for a family with teens. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the great views. We just took the Mountain Bus to ski, the bus stop is right across from the Best Western. It's a gorgeous home!! Even better than the pictures. Our only issue was the way the property management handled the hot tub. We asked ahead of time if the hot tub was open because we would like to use it. The property manager answered yes. When we arrived at 6:30 on Friday the office was closed, but the key was in the lock box. That was fine, but there was no spa key. When I asked about the key I was told we had to come back into the office during office hours another day to sign a "key waiver". The problem is we came for the weekend to ski. Not visit the property management office. We were not going to cut our ski day short so we could make it back to drive to the property management office. They should have emailed me the "key waiver" ahead of time when I asked about the hot tub. After of all of this we went to look at the hot tub and found the gate was open. But the hot tub is also shared with the Best Western next door, so it was very full.
