Bluestone Cottage: Sit back, Relax, and Enjoy Breathtaking Sunsets!

This charming, two-story lakeside cottage is located on the West Bluff of beautiful Keuka Lake. Bluestone Cottage offers beautiful sunsets and fantastic lake views for your enjoyment and relaxation.

As you walk down to the first landing, you will enter the second level where all the bedrooms and full bath are located. The first bedroom is painted light blue with free-hand painted vines and leaves around the ceiling's edge. Around the corner is the next bedroom with a Queen bed. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and dresser. There is a sliding glass door that walks out on to your own private balcony with a small table and two chairs. On the other side of the bedroom is a sitting area. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a dresser. The full size bathroom with shower/tub combination finishes out this level.

Walk down the stairs and to your right is the kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a 1/2 bath. To the left of the stairs is the living room area with propane fireplace for those cooler days. You'll enjoy the hand-painted grape vines throughout this level. There are a set of three sliding glass doors that walk out on to a large, spacious deck to enjoy the sights and smells of Keuka Lake. The hot tub and BBQ grill is just around the corner on the other side of the cottage.

A few steps down some wooden stairs is the beach area where you can enjoy the sun and watch the family play in the lake. In the early evening, sit by the campfire and roast marshmallows and listen to the fire snap and crackle.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
