The space
The flat is located on the first floor with windows in the sitting area facing the road and bedroom facing the garden. One bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and the other bedroom contains 2 single beds and a folding small double bed. The floor is mostly carpeted, except tiles in the kitchen and shower room.
The folding small double bed can be used comfortably by one person or less comfortably by 2 people.
The bathroom is new, clean and modern.
The kitchen if fully equipped with Fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and also necessary cutleries and crookeries, glasses and some kitchen utensils.

Note:
Please give us prior notice if you need special arrangements for your infants, like Cots etc. We do not provide any kind of special bedding for kids or infants.

There is a nice mature communal garden that the guests are welcome to use.
One allocated parking space available for each flat on the driveway, as signposted. If you have more than one car, you can use “on street” parking spaces alongside Cromwell way which is less than 2 mins walk (Please see the pictures).

The house is located about 5 miles from Oxford city centre. There are a few bus stops with direct access to Oxford City Centre or Bicester village a few minutes’ walk away from the house. (Please see the pictures).

1.3 miles away from Oxford Parkway Train Station with direct and fast access to Bicester & London Marylebone.
2 mins walk from Miller & Carter Steakhouse.
2-3 mins drive from large Sainsbury's, Argos, Tesco, Island, Dominos, Superdrug, fuel station, corner shops, local pubs, restaurants, take away & other local amenities.
10 mins drive to Blenheim Palace (5.4 miles).
2 mins drive to Kidlington & Gosford leisure centre (swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, fitness classes, badminton, squash etc)

There is a nice large garden at the back of the property that is available to the guests to use.

It would be great if you could observe the house rules. There is strictly no party policy in place as there are other residents in the block. I would appreciate it if you could keep the noise to a minimum at all times, especially at night. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
