Tervetuloa Maui-paratiisiisi! Kun kävelet huoneistoomme, sinut tervehtii kivi-sisäänkäynti merikilpikonnalaatoilla tunnelman asettamiseen! Suuri 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa viihtyisää majoitusta kaikilla tarvikkeillaan olevilla kalusteilla ja tarvikkeilla. Tuo vain henkilökohtaiset esineesi ja nauti poissa kotoa!

Näkymä on upea lattiasta kattoon ulottuvan lasin avulla, jossa voit nauttia aamukahvia / teetä tai auringonlaskun cocktailia illalla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla laitteilla ja tarvikkeilla, jotka sinun täytyy tehdä upeita aterioita kotona, kun nautit ateriasi näkymästä! Uuni / liesi, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja jätehuolto ovat käytettävissä. Tarjoamme myös kiertoilmauuni, tehosekoitin, kahvipannu ja riisikeitin! Olohuoneessa on kierretty rottinki-rakkausistuin ja saari-aiheinen kuningatar vuodesohva. Olohuoneessa on ikkuna ilmastointi (uusi tilattu joulukuu 2017 !!), joka jäähdyttää koko paikkaa melko hienosti, etenkin olohuoneen ja makuuhuoneen kattotuuletin + torni-tuuletin, jolla voit liikkua. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi kuningatar muistomuovisänky, palmifond-kattotuuletin, kaihtimet pimennysverhoilla, toimisto ja 2 päätypöytää sekä runsaasti kaappitilaa. Kylpyhuoneessa on mukava turhamaisuus, kävele suihkulla liukuovilla ja sisältää hiustenkuivaajan ja litteän silitysraudan wahineille!

Pyrimme pitämään jäähdyttimen, tuolit, sateenvarjon, rantapyyhkeet ja jopa boogie-levyt sekä jotkut snorkkelivälineet varastossa !! Nämä kohteet muuttuvat aina, joten on hyödyllistä pitää meitä postissa siitä, mitä sinulla on. Siellä on akryylilaseja, joita voit käyttää myös kuohuviini-altaan äärellä ja myös rentouttavassa porealtaassa.

Lanai on kierretty rottinki-sohva ja korkea istuva pöytä ja tuolit, joten voit nauttia näkymästä ulkona. Kuivausteline on myös märille kohteille! Jos istut lanaiilla yöllä, näet vierailevat gekot. Huoneistomme tarjoaa upeat näkymät Kaho'olawelle ja Molikinille lanailta. Auringonlaskut vievät hengityksen! Sinulla on myös näkymä laaja-alaisen Haleakalan tulivuoren lanai vasemmalle puolelle, joka hehkuu vain auringon noustessa. Lintujen laulamiseen on helppo rentoutua auringonnousun ja auringonlaskun aikaan haistetessaan Lanai-alueen Plumeria-puuta.

Kihein "paikallinen tunnelma" on lämmin ja kutsuva - ja ehdottomasti vähemmän tungosta. Kävelymatkan päässä on monia kauppoja ja ravintoloita, kuten Dolphin Plaza, joka on aivan Kihei Ali'i Kai -kompleksin alapuolella.

Meidän huoneisto on rauhallinen perääntyä, että voit soittaa kotiin vierailustasi Maui. Huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset, joten tee itsesi kotoisaksi ja nauti rauhasta, joka syntyy Mauin kokemisesta ikään kuin asut siellä.

Tulet vastapäätä yhtä Mauin parhaimmista rannoista - kuuluisa KAMAOLE I -ranta ja kävelymatkan päässä KAMAOLE II: sta ja III: sta. We stayed for a week in February. The apartment is very comfortable, location is great and the views are amazing!!! We watched whales, birds and sunset right from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great place to enjoy Maui!

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s condo in Kihei. The place was very clean, spacious and offered a spectacular view of the ocean from a terrific lanai. Shops and restaurants were well within walking distance and the beach even closer. The entire complex was really nice - pool, hot tub and sauna - quiet and very peaceful. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Kihei area and are looking for some real rest and relaxation. *kitchen was well stocked with all things necessary to make your own meals *bathroom was updated and very clean *parking is easy

Convenient, Comfortable and Affordable

We loved our visit to Kihei. This condo was well equipped, saving us money on chair, board and umbrella rental-excellent! Walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shaved ice! The condo has a wonderful ocean view from the lanai. You are looking straight at Molokini! It's not fancy, but we were comfortable and very happy with our stay. The owner is very easy to work with, thanks Melissa!

Absolutely Phenominal

To start out with, Melissa was a wonderful host and so helpful and responsive with messages. The location of this condo is perfect for literally everything. There are so many places to eat and shop at, plus the beach is just a walk down the street. One of our favorite stops was the gelato shop in the street next to the condos. It’s hard to want to leave the lanai when you can just sit out there all day and watch the sunrise, sunset and just watch the ocean. The washer and dryer are a plus as well. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to secure dates! Mahalo, Melissa for everything

Perfect family getaway

We think that the photos don’t show how great the view was from the lanai: incredible sunset every night with the palm threes and the sea and also a dreamy mystic view of the Haleakala on the left in the morning. We took our morning coffee and prepared our day on the lanai every day. The place was really clean and also bigger than we thought: quite enought place to let the sofa bed open and the double air mattress in place during the day. Each of my teenagers qas happy to have his own bed. Very easy acces to a enjoyable beach, little shops and 900 meters from the surf class area. Well located if you want to go around the Island. We really recommand it! Thanks to Melissa!

Great view,well equipted with quality items and very clean

We stayed in this beautiful condo from November 21/10 to February 11/11.We have been staying in various units in this complex since the early 80s and can say this.is one of the best units. In addition to the great view, the unit is just a few steps down to the pool and barbecue area, which you can also see from the unit. . We .really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and all types of cooking items, and furnished with quality furniture , including the great bed.Also the unit was very clean. The owner was very accommodating to us, in booking and during our stay ,and very prompt in responding to any phone calls or e-mails . As with all the other units in this complex,you have to be able to walk up and down stairs - but the view is worth it.

Kihei Perfection!

The view from the lanai is incredible in person. Spent a short 3 day stay with my brother for his first visit to Hawaii, and this condo is absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for afternoons on the beach (a quick, maybe 5 min walk down the street), and everything we needed inside. The bathroom is gorgeous, kitchen well stocked with cookware, and everything was super clean when we arrived. My brother used the bedroom and had no complaints about his sleep, and I used the pull out sofa in the living room. It was surprisingly comfortable for being a basic sleeper.Instructions for check in made getting settled easy, parking was very convenient, and the condominium complex was great. The location, the private street to the rear parking, and the quietness of the place was amazing. Melissa was a very kind host and awesome to communicate with both through Vrbo and email. I can't say enough good things about the lanai. The birds you hear singing in the morning are incredible, and it's everything you want in an ocean view. The lounging furniture is an awesome touch and was well enjoyed. I'll definitely be booking some stays here in the future!*we rented an EV for our trip, and there are charging stations at the Maui Coast Hotel one street over, so parking to charge a vehicle and walking back is convenient.

Wonderful two weeks

The most remarkable thing about this property's massive Lanai was the feeling of privacy. the architecture of this condo makes it so that you can't see any other buildings from the Lanai, making it feel like you are truly somewhere rural in the middle of nowhere while actually being smack center in the middle of Kihei. Sunsets were beautiful and I spent many days chilling out here. This condo had everything I needed and beyond. I saw one other review about the unit being old so my expectations were low but after staying I just don't understand how someone could find it to be a problem. The property is maintained very well and everything was clean. Melissa is an excellent host. There was an issue in my second day where a plumbing construction downstairs broke some pipes up here and I had to leave the unit temporarily.. while that itself was very unfortunate and annoying, it's not the fault of the unit by any means and I was impressed and grateful of how professionally Melissa handled the issue. She responded immediately to my requests and got me a place to stay while the plumbing issue was being resolved. Internet may intermittently disconnect, but good enough to support working from home as a software engineer (which will be more than enough for most people).

Best Birthday Ever!

Love the location, away from road noise. The condo is spacious and has a view to die for. We spent every morning watching the sunrise over Haleakala, followed by a swim up and back on Kam I Charley Young beach. Great way to start the day! I turned 65 while here. Best birthday, ever!

Awesome condo.

The condo itself was way prettier in person than in the pictures. The view was great and felt private on the balcony. The only thing was the water filter pitcher broke but the tap water was really good- I usually drink bottle water. There weren’t any Tupperware but we got creative and put plates on top of the bowls for storage. Make sure to bring your own travel soap when you first come. It looks like people leave things there when they leave but you never know. We loved the whole place, and the in unit washer and dryer was so nice and saved time. The atmosphere of the place is really Beachy and Hawaiian. We didn’t use the beach gear you provided but we wanted to. We would come back again for sure. Thanks for having other kitchen supplies such as oil and seasonings and giving us Landry detergent and dishwasher soap.

Peaceful while being close to stores and restaurants!

At first I was disappointed that we were up and away from the beach, but then realized just how peaceful the condo is. With the empty lot next to the building, many times the only things to be heard were birds, and they made it sound like a jungle! We spent many hours out on the lanai relaxing and reading and also had dinner while watching the sunsets. The kitchen has all we needed for our minimal cooking endeavors, and the place was furnished with all we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the fans. On hot days we could open the front door and the sliding glass door to get a lovely breeze going through the condo to keep it comfortable. Though the pool was close by, there was never enough noise to be a bother. The pool is beautifully tiled and quite private. Several great restaurants are within a short walking distance, as is an ice cream shop. Why drive when you can walk, right? The beach is just across the main street and was never crowded. Almost every day we planned an outing to explore what Maui has to offer, and the condo was located to conveniently head out on our little adventures. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a plus! If we ever plan another trip to Maui, we'll consider renting this condo again.

The furnishings in the unit are old and worn out, and should've been replaced a long time ago. The bathroom door paint is beginning to peel from the bottom, the vanity baseboard is cracked and chipping away exposing the particle board beneath. Multiple cracks and peeling paint elsewhere in the bathroom. The round rattan dining table is old and wobbly, making a meal experience challenging. All rattan chair handles are worn out from years of use and appear blackish and grimey. The seat cushions are also worn out and provided no cushioning, so it was uncomfortable to sit for more than 20 minutes. Same for the sofa cushions and they also appeared unwashed or uncleaned for a long time. The throw rugs on the floor are matted from many years of use and looked dirty. The beach chairs have frayed fabric and pockets are torn on both chairs. The boogie board's fabric covering is also torn, its leash missing, and worst it's already cracked in the middle! How did the owner expected the tenants to use it safely? In summary we were extremely disappointed with the condo and it was not worth the money it charged.

Fantastic location and views.

This condo is right in the center of some of Kihei’s main conveniences and attractions. It has all the amenities you could need and the lanai has perfect views of the ocean, Molokini, and the foothills of Haleakal.

Great Place! Great Location!

My Wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying Melissa's condo for a couple weeks. Condo complex location is excellent as it is within walking distance to many things you look for when holidaying on the island of Maui. Condo is well equipped with all the beach equipment you can hope for along with all other amenities required if you choose to make your own meals. The ocean view from the lanai is absolutely awesome! The lanai can also be enjoyed from morning to evening as you can see the sun rise and sunset. Highly recommended place to stay while in Maui!

Amazing View and Great Location!

Aloha! I'm actually writing this review as the Owner, who just visited to make improvements to the condo! Just to mention a few fun tidbits, we have... New bed, linens with comforter, window treatments, ceiling fan and lamp in the bedroom; new toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, rug, dish towels, cutting board, knife sharpener and acrylic glasses to use at pool for the kitchen, new rugs and towels for the bathroom, new entry rug and lockset, 2 wood turtle pix and...more! We even ordered new A/C (which takes 6-8 weeks to get to Maui). We hope our current and future guests will appreciate all we do to keep our place nice, comfortable and inviting. Mahalo and Aloha!

Fabulous View!

The view from the lanai is unbeatable. The lanai itself is also wonderful with a great outdoor seating arrangement that we used many times a day. Coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening watching the most incredible sunset. The beach is about 1/2 mile from the condo and does have a good sized hill to go up and down. This condo is not for those that have challenges walking. There are many stairs to climb both up and down with no ramps. There is one elevator that isn't really a help for this condo. The inside was mostly comfortable but the furniture is dated as well as other things in the unit. That would be my only negative. With some updating, the unit could be 5 star. And, the answer to would I stay thee again, is YES!

Back for another great stay

Great to be back a year later. Home away from home. Still in great shape, with all the basics you would need. Thanks, Melissa for adding two new Bahama beach chairs, which were superb. Pool, BBQs all in good shape, free parking great (have to get in early for the under cover spots). Hope to be back again next year.
