CANCELLATION POLICY:
50% of the total amount of your reservation is paid upon initial booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in; 90 days prior to check-in if stay falls over published holiday timeframe. If you cancel your reservation before the start of the 60 or 90 day period prior to check-in, the full balance of your stay will be refunded to you with the EXCEPTION of a $500 reservation fee (retained by owner for tying up days on calendar, plus the service fee that you have already paid to VRBO upon booking). If you cancel your reservation WITHIN the 60 or 90 day period prior to check-in, the full balance of your stay will NOT be refunded.
