The building is very “tired”. The location is good, near the public pickleball courts and the beach. However the beach is not very swimmable. It is very shallow for a long way out and the sand is rocky. We tried to swim once but then drove to another beach. The unit was adequate. The size was just right and it was quiet. However, being on the 2nd floor doesn’t give any view opportunity. The management group was very responsive. The hair dryer was broken and another was immediately dropped off. Suggestions would be to make the unit more “homey” with additional artwork on the white walls. Rugs on the tile floor are likely not practical with the amount of sand that is tracked in. The entrance to the unit is from an exterior walkway. Restaurants are plentiful and a quick drive.
