The Hilton Grand Vacations is becoming wonderful! The units are incredible. We enjoyed a lovely two bedroom unit with balcony and full kitchen which was perfect for our family. The pools are lovely and my kids enjoyed the water slide! Food options are a bit limited and though breakfast is included it was only a breakfast sandwich ticket which did not accommodate all of my family. The property does has construction beside which wasn’t a huge bother in terms of noise but does make it messy near the waterfront. Beach was a bit of a disappointment. The Beach Bar was amazing!

Liked: - New, modern luxury suite with kitchen and pots/pans/utensils etc. - Weel kept grounds, beautiful pools and places to eat nearby. - Walk to beach Few issues: - Recent flooding and mud slides (end of Jan) caused road closures around the resort. Single construction entry at the rear of the property was the only entrance and it was not clearly marked. I had an awful time finding the entrance at night, driving a rental car in an unfamiliar area and resort desk did not pick up the phone when I called.

Property was clean and nice. A very enjoyable experience! They were even able to reimburse me for the nights booked I wasn't able to stay there due to an airline and weather issue delaying out flight for 2 days. Very thankful for management for understanding and taking care of us!

Property and rooms were beautiful and clean. I had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious families. It had all new appliances including full size fridge, oven, microwave, cook stove, washer/dryer. The only thing is they don’t offer daily housekeeping. The resort is huge so that makes sense they can’t clean the rooms daily. At check in, they do ask a day you pick for housekeeping but even with that, housekeeping never came. Service was just a text away. Anything you need, you can text and the staff will bring it immediately. Overall, great stay. Plenty of room to park which was a plus.

RUN!!! Do NOT stay at Hilton Grand Maui Bay Villas! Worst place I have ever stayed. They closed the pool, beach access and restaurant for no reason. They blamed a storm a week prior although no other hotels had any issues. We were lucky enough to have rented a car so we could leave the property for food and the beach. They never cleaned our room in a daily. We would have to beg every day (in the afternoon) to just get our room cleaned or even fresh towels. When I tried speaking to a manger-I was always told no one was available. Shermila Beauvais (director of guest services) could not have been any ruder. She could truly care less. They blame everyone and everything else instead of just taking responsibility. They insist on keeping the resort fees even though the pool, beach access , restaurant as well as the constant fight to get our room cleaned. I could write a horrible long drawn out novel on why I would never stay here again!

Nice, affordable option.

People were complaining about the construction, but it didn't bother us at all. The location was pretty central to all the activities we did. Lahaina was the longest drive at about 35 minutes. Their pool area is beautiful. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We did not eat at the restaurant or get to check out the adult pool because we were out on excursions every day.
