TÀmÀ mökki sijaitsee 32 hehtaarin kiinteistöllÀmme. Se tukee hakkuumaata polulla, joka johtaa siihen juuri matkustamon ulkopuolelle. Sinulla on pÀÀsy mailia polkuja maastopyörÀilyyn, patikointiin, hiihtoon ja lumikenkÀilyyn.

Rakenteilla on Star Gazing -alueemme, joka valmistuu kevÀÀllÀ 2018. TÀmÀn avulla voit katsella suurta taivasta, josta Montana tunnetaan, ilman kaupungin valoja estÀÀkseen yötaivasta. Et usko tÀhtijen ja planeettojen kirkkautta.

Kun mökki sijaitsee kiinteistöllÀmme, voit olla varma, ettÀ sinulla on tÀysi yksityisyys nauttia kauneudesta, joka ympÀröi meitÀ. PÀÀkerroksessa on queen-size-vuode, parvella queen-vuode, johon pÀÀsee tikkaita ja tÀysikokoinen futon pÀÀkerroksessa.

SiellÀ on kalastusta 10 minuutin pÀÀssÀ sijaitsevassa Smith Lake -jÀrvessÀ. Voit myös ajaa Flathead Lake -jÀrvelle ja tehdÀ pÀivÀretken yhdellÀ monista charter-veneistÀ. The property was beautiful. The cabin was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The loft sleeping area had a nice big bed that our two kids (8 and 11) shared. The mini kitchen had a good selection of wares.

Clean, quiet cabin that offers a unplugged time unless you choose to connect to their wifi. Surrounding areas have lots to offer, and Glacier isnt that far of a drive. The Hosts were the kindest I have encountered. I do plan to stay there again!

Everything that a vacation cabin should be. Super clean, tidy and quiet. Mimi and Doug have thought of everything and are quite generous with all their amenities. Nice folks to visit with too. This is a great landing spot for a couple or small family if you want to vacation slightly off the grid and enjoy the best of the Kalispell region.

The cozy cabin was awesome! The only thing for people who have mobility issues is that you can’t drive right up to the house. It’s about a 40 yard walk slightly uphill to the cabin. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved staying here on our trip to Glacier National Park! The cabin was perfect for what my husband and needed. Even though we were close to the owners home, you couldnt even see their house from the trees. If you can, definitely get a picnic lunch and a breakfast from them, you will not be disappointed!

Not for us

The property is not with 40 minutes of Glacier National Park as listed on property description, but rather at least 65 minutes.We did not receive instructions for check in prior to arrival and had no Internet on property until after check in, therefore we had to assume going to the main house to gain entry. This is fine, just have have preferred to know this information in advance.The property did not have window coverings on all the windows, including in the bed loft.The light bulb at the peak of the vaulted ceiling was really close to being burnt out making the front room extremely dark.The light bulb in the lamp next to the loft bed was burnt out.In order to reach the far side of the loft bed one had to squish between the ceiling and the bed or crawl.To us, it felt pressured.Pressured to buy meals from the property manager (indicated via DM are no restaurants in glacier national park; this is not a true statement as there is a restaurant and camp store at Apgar, 2 restaurants and pizza joint at Lake McDonald Lodge, not to mention the spots in West Glacier) and or art or collectibles on property. And then even to sign the guest book. Our biggest complaint is the misrepresentation of the time to Glacier. It meant an minimum of an extra 50 min travel time in the car every day.Also, watch for spiders in your luggage if you leave it open. Polite pass.If is just you and another person then this is probably a good cabin for you, but it wasn't for us.

Little Bear

We had a wonderful time in Kila! The cabin was amazing, so cozy and clean. The hosts were so nice and helpful. Next time we will be trying some of Mimi’s food- the cookies she left us were delicious! I would highly recommend this cabin for your next stay in Montana.

Lovely cabin, close enough to town for rase of access, but far enough to be private

Great place to stay and Mimi’s breakfasts and bag lunches were excellent. The cabin was spotless and had a lovely decor. Do be aware that there is a short, relatively easy walk to the cabin from where you park.

Cabin in the woods

The cabin is small, comfortable with limited kitchen space. Loft is comfortable but difficult for older people and small children to access.The wood stove is a nice asset but owners charged for wood. The optional breakfast was very good but the optional lunch was dusapppinting.

Nice place, nice experience, would stay again!

My parents stayed here for their 50th wedding anniversary as a gift from their children. We chose this place for the location, privacy and meal options (for an extra fee). The hosts were very attentive and communicated well. They were keen to make the anniversary trip special for my parents and it was a great experience for all involved. I would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a nice, cozy private place to stay in NW Montana.

PERFECT mountain cabin!

BEST place we have ever stayed. Cabin was perfect. Clean, quiet, and GREAT location. Hosts were hands down the nicest folks. The offered breakfasts and picnic lunches Mimi made are awesome! I’d go back there tomorrow if I could!!!!

Cozy Cabin review

We had a really great stay at this cabin. It has everything we needed to be comfortable. It is peacefully secluded in woods and meadows, near ranch and farm land, and it was easily accessible. The hosts were beyond polite and professional. They were super friendly and helpful. If you have a chance to take advantage of breakfasts and picnic lunches that they can provide you should do it. They were fantastic. All in all we cannot say enough good things about this place.

Anniversary getaway.

This was a wonderful get away for our anniversary! Doug and Mimi were the best. We loved seeing deer and turkeys every day and the cool crisp mountain air was just what we needed.

Motorcycle trip through Glacier

Loved the breakfast delivered to door both days! Could use additional comfortable seating outside on porch as well as in front room. Location was beautiful in the woods and very quiet.
