The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great time at this house, the pictures are exactly what the property looks like in person. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We brought out little doggie and she loved it as well! I will say the one note I have is that all of the surfaces and sitting areas on the decks were covered in cobwebs so I just suggest wiping the areas down with a wet rag before sitting down. Being water front was so nice and so peaceful!The kitchen is also insanely well stocked with the kitchen utensils. I was very pleasantly surprised! We would definitely book again!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! The view was amazing watching boats coming in and out of the inlet. The game room kept the whole family entertained. If you love sitting outside on the water and watching the sunset, this is your spot!
