Designed for singles or couples seeking a calm, uncomplicated stay, the suite includes a comfortable queen bed, electric fireplace, 55” Smart TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker — well suited for guests who plan to dine out and explore everything the mountain has to offer.
Ski directly back to the complex, enjoy a short three-minute walk to the downhill runs, or step onto nearby Nordic, hiking, and biking trails. While this suite does not offer panoramic views, it faces a quiet, treed mountainside setting and provides immediate access to everything Kimberley is known for. Guests also enjoy shared on-site strata amenities, including an indoor hot tub and sauna, seasonal outdoor pool, clubhouse lounge, games area, and laundry facilities. Sleeps 2.

Location & Access
Located within a quiet residential slopeside community beside Kimberley Alpine Resort (not in the resort hotel village), guests enjoy ski-in access, a short walk to downhill runs, and immediate access to Nordic, hiking, and biking trails. The Platzl pedestrian district is a short drive or shuttle ride away.
Parking & Seasonal Property Care
• Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Inn West parking lot in front of the complex.
• Snow clearing: A professional crew attends after snowfalls and aims to clear walkways and parking access within 24 hours. Guests may be asked to move vehicles temporarily to allow for safe and effective snow removal.
• Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Property Care: The clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and common areas are professionally maintained as part of regular property care. From time to time, the pool and hot tub may be temporarily unavailable to allow for routine servicing, water treatment, or safety-related maintenance (such as chemical balancing or “shocking”). These closures are typically short and help ensure the facilities remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
House Rules & Fit (Important)
Summit View homes are designed for relaxed, four-season mountain living — from ski days and summer trails to festivals, golf, and quiet evenings at home. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a longer visit, these homes are best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful setting and shared community amenities.
A few simple guidelines help keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
• Quiet Hours / No Parties: Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbours. Homes are for quiet enjoyment only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoke-Free Home: No smoking or vaping indoors or on Strata property.
• Registered Guests Only: The reservation must accurately reflect the total number of overnight guests. All adult overnight guests must be registered on the reservation. Visitors are welcome provided they respect our house rules, Strata bylaws, and quiet hours. Overnight stays are limited to registered guests only.
• Bike Storage: With world-class trails just across the street, bike racks are available under the stairwells. To help protect the home, bicycles are not permitted indoors.
• Shared Amenities: Use of the pool, hot tub, sauna, and other shared amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted Strata rules.
• Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: Based on the booking profile or other factors identified during the booking process, may require a completed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit authorization of up to $150. The reservation, rental agreement, and security deposit authorization must all be in the name of the registered booking guest. Both must be completed before check-in instructions are provided.
• Cleaning: Your reservation includes standard departure cleaning. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover standards may result in additional charges.
• Supplies: Starter supplies of towels, linens, toiletries, and paper products are provided based on the number of guests and length of stay. Additional supplies are available upon request. Extra replenishment or special service visits may be subject to a small fee.
