We arrived after dark and had a very hard time finding our unit. There is very poor lighting and signage. Once we entered the property, we were disappointed to see spills on the floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wet towels in the bathroom (as if they had not been fully dried). We were tired and just decided to deal with it. When we went to turn down the bedding however, we realized that two of the three beds did not have a full set of sheets on them. Nor did the comforter have a duvet cover that could be washed. We searched the house but could not find any sheets. After texting with the management company, we were told they would not be sending sheets at that hour and would follow up the next day. We had to sleep with no bedding, while the thermostat turned itself down to 55. We were freezing and so uncomfortable!! The next day, no call or text from the management company. At noon, I started calling them. Lots of passing me around to various people. But we were again told that they had no bedding to give us. Finally after insisting we needed bedding or cancel our reservation, the property manager dropped off sheets that were the wrong size for the beds. He was nice and at least brought us something. By then it was evening. We washed them and used that for our second night. We were told we’d be refunded the cleaning fee. Haven’t seen that refund, so had to follow up them a few days later. They’re ’looking into it’. Would never stay here again!!!
