This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter.

There is also a folding roll away bed that can be used in the living room downstairs. Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants. A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog. Please note without prior knowledge to Love Rentals there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each Love Rentals booking includes Love Rentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for Love Rentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
