Christmas Barn is a wonderful example of a dog-friendly, carrstone barn that has, maintained much of its original charm and character. Located in a quiet spot in Snettisham, guests will enjoy the nearby award-winning dining options at The Rose and Crown and The Old Stores, the nature reserves and the miles of sandy beaches. With three en-suite bedrooms, Christmas Barn is equally comfortable for families or for groups of adults.

Inside the property, the ground floor provides a generous, open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, acting as a great base where plans for the day ahead can be formed. A light and airy room, with French doors to both the front and rear garden, the sitting room includes a Smart television and Bluetooth speaker. The nearby dining table provides ample space for the group to dine in a relaxed fashion and is conveniently only a few steps away from the well-equipped kitchen.

Moving upstairs, you will find three well-appointed bedrooms (a super-king, a twin that can be converted into a super-king on request, and a king-size), each dressed with fine white linens and all benefiting from having en-suite bathrooms. With the barn being well away from public roads, a quiet night of rest is assured, where the peace is usually only broken up by horses and the livestock at neighbouring Snettisham Park Farm. For those with an infant, a stair gate, high chair and travel cot are available, upon request.

Outside, the enclosed garden is well protected on all sides and has been planted and furnished to give guests comfort and excellent outdoor dining options. Being well enclosed, the courtyard often acts as a sun-trap, helping guests to take advantage of good weather and lighter evenings. Outside of the courtyard garden, there is parking for three cars along the boundary wall to the garden.
