This contemporary self-contained suite features a well-designed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a comfortable bedroom with plush bedding, and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower.
The space
Step into a world of elegance as you enter Ava’s Cozy Retreat. Our 1-bedroom luxury apartment boasts a modern and sophisticated design with tasteful furnishings, high-end finishes, and cozy living areas.
Our luxury home provides a well-appointed bedroom, with king-sized bed, ensuring comfort for you and your fellow travelers. The plush bed and luxurious linens guarantee a restful night's sleep. A standard-size flat screen smart TV is also in the bedroom for your entertainment pleasure.
Ava’s Cozy Retreat is equipped with a kitchen area with stove and twin sink, perfect for preparing your own meals, or we can have a cook come in to prepare meals for you. You can also order take out food from the many fast-food and Chinese restaurants in close proximity to the unit. Enjoy the beautiful Jamaican weather on the private outdoor patio, or unwind in the cozy living/dining area, complete with a smart flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. If you need to take care of laundry while here you also have access to a shared laundry area with a washing machine.

Guests have access to 1 bedroom apartment of a 3 apartment complex to themselves with their own open-concept living, dining and kitchen area. They share parking, the patio, laundry area and the back yard garden with other guests.
