Very comfort hotel...close to lake...beautiful scenery...this hotel has cooking tools for traveller...only thing I did not like was they charged $40.00 for parking

Excellent Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Welcoming! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Residence Inn during my 2-day visit to Kingston, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The suite was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — just what we needed after a day of exploring the city. The beds were cozy, the linens were fresh, and we really appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries and a well-stocked coffee station. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering local recommendations or answering questions, they made me feel truly welcomed. The location was also ideal — close to downtown, restaurants, and waterfront attractions, but still quiet enough.

Perfect location for dog lovers. Love the small kitchen. One recommendation, they should extend the laminate floor for the kitchen/ dinning area. We had a wonderful stay!

Situated right on lake Ontario, we had a picturesque view from our room. The king suite was huge! The mattress was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower the rejuvenating. We didn't use the amenities so I can't comment. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Loads of options to satisfy anyone. The best was that they changed the breakfast buffet from one day to the next so we enjoyed variety as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick. We will definitely book Residence by Marriott again with confidence.

We stay regularly at Residence Inn at various places. Residence Inn Kingston in general was good with friendly Staff and good breakfast. Two recommendations for the management to consider; 1. Te toilet seat was too low particularly for someone with mobility issue and should be replaced; and 2. The shower floor was very slippery when taking shower and could result in accident with slip and fall. I needs a rubber mat or some stability floor item. Manoj Agrawal
