Proterty has an unmarked slope at the property's reception entrance, which is very unsafe. I almost fell twice. Also when I booked the hotel I explicitly booked for breakfast included in the booking but after booking it, i couldn't find the details anywhere. There seems to be some shady technical practice being used by expedia or the company. Overall a very bad experience after spending $521 per night for the stay there

The coffee maker had bare minimum sugar and creamer and because we didn’t request cleaning service they never refreshed the coffee pods. No in-room water, no ice on the floor, no indication of where it was. The property itself was clean and close to where we needed to be.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was clean. The only downside was that our room (304) was on the third floor near the elevator and that hallway door was very loud and slammed shut constantly as people came and went.

The hotel was clean and nice. Good Parking. Only thing to consider is for light sleepers, if you have a room on the street side you can easily hear the roadway noise through the window so it might take you a bit to fall asleep until the traffic lightens on the road at night.
