This charming Kirkwood retreat is steps from both beginner and expert lifts, with ski-in access or take the shuttle right outside. Inside, relax by the fireplace, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy mountain views through large windows. The Space:

This is a 3 story town home with the main living level on the second floor, garage on the first and master bedroom with loft on the third floor.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole space.



The Neighborhood:

The cul de sac is shared with two other duplexes, the road is only used by these homes.



Getting Around:

It's a short walk to either Timber Creek or Kirkwood main village and shuttles pick up and drop off at the bottom of the road all day long, during ski season.



Other Things to Note:

Parking for one vehicle in the garage, and one additional vehicle in front of garage under deck. Additional parking for one extra vehicle is located along the private driveway. No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.

Kirkwood is a mountain town and can get a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
