There was a hockey tournament going on wich im ok with but i was told my room was gonna be away from it! In reality i was on the same floor and the kids were booting and kicking my door as hard as they could, I came out several times to confront them amd then called the front office and they still cam back to kick on the door wich really irratated me because my children were awoken everytime! I finally went to speak with there parents myself

Hotel is very nice. DO NOT BOOK NEAR ST. PATRICK'S DAY. There were 20 year olds running the halls, yelling and banging into things till 3 am on the Saturdays morning. We told the front desk when we checked out and were told there was nothing they could do because the people started partying for the weekend.

Trouble checking in because the reservation was made in my husbands name and I went in to check in and they would not let me. And our shower water came out weird but other than that it was great. Would probably stay again. Breakfast buffet was wonderful!
