on 29/8/2025 night I asked the two front desk staffs for where I could get a can of coke, they gave me one from the mini-bar next to the reception, and said it would be on hotel's credit and no need to charge me. This "little" gift shows the friendliness of the hotel staffs.

Staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be helpful when I arrived at 2am with a ton of luggage. they opened the gym so I could stretch my poor back, offered me fresh cookies, found ways to help me move and store my luggage, and much more.

The hotel staff and accommodations were exceptional. Unfortunately, the restaurant had many fruit flies around us. The staff during our dinner dining experience, as well as our room service for breakfast seemed annoyed having to deal with customers. That in itself has lowered my rating. Very unfortunate.
