Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and conveniently located on the bottom floor so we could use the sliding glass door to go to and from our car. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport, which was super convenient for us as we were picking up someone from an early morning flight. We had a lovely stay, I would definitely book here again when visiting Kitchener or catching a flight from Kitcgener/Waterloo.

The room had a flashing light that kept me up all night. I then had to try and get a hold of the manager 3 times before I received a call back only to be told that I should have switched rooms in the middle of the night. Which also would have been a terrible experience. I am not the first person to complain about this and feel the management is trying to not address the situation. A simple solution is to apologize about their experience and refund the money the customer paid - but manager was unwilling to do that showing the lack of care.
