I waited 15 minutes to check in because there was no one at reception. The curtains in the room were shabby and not entirely on curtain hooks. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar hotel experiences and no staff were present. My feeling is the hotel is understaffed. Or the reception desk wouldn't have been untended and easy fixes like the curtains would be addressed. The room did serve me well and the bed and bedding were comfortable.

Was there for a conference and walking back at night was no safe. The building is outdated. The main entrance is locked after 11 pm. The surrounding area is not desirable. Would not return in future.

Loved the room, very comfortable, cozy. The staff was just Ok. Kitchen staff were distracted, on their phones. Day time Lobby lady was not at the front desk awhile. Unattended Front desks can be disruptive if guests need to leave quickly. Night time Front Desk lady was very kind, corteous.

The room was disgusting, hair all over the place, dirty toilet, dried up urine spots on the floor, paint peeling, rust on the fixtures, worst experience ever. Will never stay at any of this branded hotel chain again as their properties are derelict at best… and their fix was a joke… did I mention the mouse that ran through the room…. Disgusting

This is an old Comfort Inn now struggling on as a Quality Inn. First this entirely met our needs for a place to sleep for one night during Octoberfest based on the price we paid. It was old but clean and tidy. The desk staff promptly relocated us from a front row seat to the ice and vending machines!! The included breakfast was done well. Second, It is perfect if you want a good value for a good nights sleep. Finally, if you want fewer rough edges, try a Comfort Inn or better In the end, I imagine your sleep will be the same though. Just trying to establish expectations. Would I stay again. Yes.

The customer interaction from the front desk was extremely poor. It should be professional whether the customer missed a required payment card. The customer asked the staff if the payment deposit went through, and the staff rushed the customer to insert the credit card into the machine. The customer service should be improved.
