Villa is completed in 2022, this 140 m² blends modern comfort with a serene atmosphere on the Western slopes of Levi. Situated on the edge of the forest and only a few steps from the ski slopes, it is the perfect retreat for both winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet in the Lapland wilderness.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and living area create a welcoming space to enjoy time with family or friends. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding fells, while a cosy fireplace invites you to unwind after a day outdoors. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed, a luxurious sauna, and stylish shower facilities with a separate WC. In addition, there is a laundry area in the spacious entrance hall, equipped with a washing machine and a drying cabinet.


Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two feature two single beds each and direct access to a spacious balcony, while the third offers a double bed and a striking floor-to-ceiling picture window overlooking the forest and distant fells. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. An open loft area with a sofa bed for two provides additional sleeping space.

The property also features a convenient ski storage room. The property is crowned by a spacious and inviting terrace.

• Please take the rubbish to the designated waste bins
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine
• When checking out, please remember to leave the ski lift tickets on the kitchen table so they are ready for the next guests. Lost ski lift tickets will have to be charged a €100 replacement fee per ticket.
