Tämä koti on varmasti miellyttävä kaikille - OCEAN on esteetön 150 jalkaa. Tuntuu todella, että olet oikeassa OCEANissa. Duckin rannat ovat puhtaita ja tilavia.
Lännessä kulkee meidän naapurimme kautta DUCKin sydämeen. Voit viettää aikaa kävellen Boardwalkille, joka on täynnä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita ja baareja

Jos päätit pysyä, tässä kodissa on kaikki mukavuudet, joita tarvitset rentouttavaan ja muistiin täytettyyn lomaan. On 2 suurta
kannet. Yläkerrassa on olohuone ja se on suosikkipaikkasi katsomaan auringonnousua aamukahvisi kanssa. Alakerran pääsee 2 päämakuuhuoneesta.

Yksityinen 13-tuumainen 29-allas on varmasti osuma muille kuin rantaviivoille. Ulkosuihku ja kylpyhuone. Paikan päällä oleviin ulkona oleviin peleihin kuuluvat maissin reikä, frisbee-golf, paloastiat ja koripallo. Pyörillä ja korissa on viileämpi pakata ja tehdä päivä rannalla.

ROASTED DUCKissa on 3 tasoa

Alempi taso - pesukone ja kuivausrumpu

Keskitaso - 1 kuningas ja 1 queen-master-makuuhuone, joissa molemmissa on oma täysi kylpyamme ja kannen pääsy. 1 makuuhuone, jossa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. 1 makuuhuone, jossa on 2 kerrossänkyä (1 pyramidin 3 erillistä vuodetta). Yhteinen kylpyhuone käytävällä

Ylempi taso - Tilava keittiö ja avoin ruokailu- / perhehuone. täysikokoinen vuodesohva.
Keittiössä on kaikki kodin mukavuudet, Ninja Nutri-Bullet -mehutin, George Foreman -grilli, vohvelikone, kahvipannu ja kaikki levyt, kattilat / pannut ja astiat, joita tarvitset. Paljon ruokailupaikkoja ja märkäbaari.


Taulutelevisio on kaikissa huoneissa, joissa on suora televisio, ilmainen kiinteä internetyhteys koko hotellissa. Tarjolla on monia kirjoja ja lautapelejä.

Duckissa vietetty aika on perheen tarpeiden palauttaminen. Duckilla on toimintaa ympäri vuoden. Beach vacation

The overall appearance of the house is in good working condition. The pictures online make it seem like you do have a view of the ocean, but there is now a house that built in front of you. They should remove that one photo out. The only other thing is that the fire pit in the backyard does not have any stone or anything around it so the grass is kinda mostly sand in that area. However, it’s probably one of the better as far as cook utensils available that I’ve stayed at in a while !! The view is really my only thing that was not as advertised. There is a slight view, maybe 20 or 30 feet in between houses that you can see water but if you want to see the sunrise, you have to take the short walk to the beach.All that being said, I would definitely stay here again in the future We did really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is.

A lot to offer

This house was fantastic for what we wanted. It had the pool, hot tub, 4 good sized rooms and a nice view. Very close to beach access. It was very clean. The only "complaint" which isn't one really- the furniture was quite outdated (This end up...). The location was perfect too as we could walk to a number of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Overall we had a nice stay at Lisa’s place. The house is in a great location—only a short, easy walk to public beach access—and has great amenities, including a pool and hot tub. During our stay there were a few minor issues related to the cleanliness of the property—the oven was not thoroughly cleaned, the pool area had not been attended to and there were dead leaves and other debris within the fenced area, and there were ants present in the kitchen area. When we made Lisa aware of these issues she responded quickly, offered to send a crew to rectify the problems, and ultimately sent a crew to remedy the ant problem. However it was unfortunate that we encountered these problems at all given the expense of renting the house, and while we appreciated Lisa’s responsiveness, she did not apologize for the cleanliness issues or inconvenience. We did appreciate the quick communication and willingness to resolve the issues. We loved the area and would stay in this location again .

Great House Great Location

Perfect Getaway!

This house was PERFECT for our relaxing getaway. The partial ocean views from the upper deck were wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! It’s just a short walk to the beach access, and we loved spending the days between the beach, private pool, and hot tub! It’s super close to shops, restaurants, and activities! Our hosts were helpful and very responsive. Had a great time!

Great property close to the beach

The house is a two block walk to the beach, and walking distance to downtown duck. There is a nice pool and hot-tub bar area. The house was well furnished and nicely maintained.

Family Vacation in Duck

The Roasted Duck was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and all of the extras you could want. The pool was wonderful and very appreciated during the hot afternoons. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We would certainly recommend staying here to all of our family and friends.

Great location & amenities

We had a group of twelve staying for the week, including kids from 1 to 10 years. The location was really convenient—easy 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the Duck boardwalk, and easy drive to lots of restaurants and local fun. The home fit us all comfortably, and had many fun amenities for us (basketball, cornhole, etc). We loved our week at the Roasted Duck!

Great house in a great location

We had 12 people for a friend get-together weekend. The house was perfect for our needs: pool, hot tub, yard games, grills, and an awesome outdoor bar area kept us all entertained. Very easy access to the beach, and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was seamless and their response time with any questions we had was lightning fast. The check-in process was easy and the house was in beautiful condition. We had zero complaints, and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the beach and the town of Duck. It was really nice to relax on the decks in comfortable chairs and hear the sound of the ocean while looking at the stars. It was also nice to have hand towels and soap in the bathrooms ready for us when we arrived. We did not use the bedding and bath towels the homeowner provided, but it was nice to know they were available if we did need them. Our only negative is the kitchen had ants and we smashed several other bugs inside the house. We contacted the homeowner and they responded quickly stating they would have their pest people take care of the issue as soon as possible.

Location Can't be Beat

Fantastic property with everything you could possibly need. A short walk 0.5 miles to restaurants and shops and a super quick walk to the beach which is dead ahead of the home with a great view from the house. Highly recommend this property.
