The Sandbar is a new addition to an established neighborhood. The outside spaces are private and inviting. Enjoy an enclosed backyard with saltwater pool, hot tub and grill area or watch the waves and pelicans from the east facing covered decks.

Saving the best for last, the 4th floor, panoramic rooftop deck is truly special. An elevator allows access for everyone to enjoy the best views. Furnished for 12 guests to gather, have your coffee here at sunrise, relax throughout the day and finish your evenings with a private stargazing party. This unique observation spot has an amazing uptown view of downtown Kitty Hawk.
