The studio

Bright and airy, the living space is tastefully decorated and designed to make the most of its coastal setting. Natural light fills the room, and the layout is thoughtful - everything you need is within reach, with ample storage to keep your stay comfortable. A dedicated workspace means you can extend your visit without missing a beat on remote work. The studio accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 comfortable bed, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival effortless no matter what time you get in.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from morning coffee to a proper home-cooked meal. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), dishes and silverware, and wine glasses for evenings in. A coffee maker rounds out the setup - ideal for slow summer mornings before heading down to the beach.



Bathroom

The bathroom is well-appointed and stocked with everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Hot water, fresh towels, and bed linens are included as standard.



Staying comfortable

The studio has heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a TV. An elevator services the building, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule. Paid parking is available off premises. The property also has access to a sauna - a welcome bonus after a long day on the beach or exploring the coast. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

The Kusttram stops nearby, linking you to the rest of the Belgian coast with ease. Chic boutiques, local restaurants, and cafés are all within easy reach, and the Zwin Nature Park is a short trip away for anyone who wants to swap sea and sand for dunes and wildlife.

S.T.U.D.I.O.1.4. is easily accessible by car, train, tram, and bus. The Knokke-Heist train station is nearby and connects you to major Belgian cities like Bruges, Ghent, and Brussels. From the station, you can reach the apartment by local bus, tram, or a short taxi ride.



A highlight of the area is the Kusttram (Coastal Tram) – the longest tram line in the world – which runs along the entire Belgian coast, from Knokke to De Panne. With a stop within walking distance, it’s a convenient and scenic way to explore nearby beach towns such as Blankenberge, De Haan, and Ostend.
