Be aware when you stay at this hotel, that if you accidentally use a card that can be used as credit and debit, you will be charged twice. Apparently, according to the front desk that is normal and my fault for not using a good ole credit card. And in order to get one of the charges refunded, you have to be on a 3 way call, during M-F business hours with your bank manager, yourself and the manager of the hotel for it to be released. The front desk person interrupted me no less than 20 times when I called about this. The room was great, but the customer service was DISMAL, and while we visit Knoxville many times a year, we will never go back to this hotel again.
