Property was nice. Had problems with their computers which resulted in the front desk calling me at 3am to see if I was still going to check in, I did inform them I was already there and sleeping. Also TV cut out in the middle of a movie, stated lost signal. Reported it to front desk and no resolution.

Excellent stay! The service was top notch with friendly staff. Ovetall great comfort. An evening snack was provided for all hotel guest, which was easily made into a meal.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. After check in, we decided to go out to grab a bite to eat. We knew the hotel served “appetizers” so we went down before we left for dinner to check it out. The hotel was serving hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, Mac n cheese and all sorts of other foods, so we decided to eat out dinner at the hotel. Food was great. Was also given a drink card for each adult to get 3 alcoholic drinks for free during dinner hour. We also ate breakfast in the hotel and they had a bunch of options. Food was very good. We swam in the pool and hot tub, great space and was clean. Our room was also nice and clean. Will visit this hotel again if we are ever in Knoxville. A

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Only issue is the dinner buffet is only open till 7pm. You should having a smaller buffet open for folks who don’t get in that early.
