This cozy, pet friendly rancher is located in South Knoxville. It's a short drive to all hot spots in Knoxville- like downtown or UT! The neighborhood is quiet and near many parks & walking trails(dog park too). The backyard is fully fenced, ideal for all your furry companions! If you need to work from home the adjustable height desk is ready to channel productivity. It's also an easy day trip to all of Tennessee's attractions! Work trips, vacations, football: whatever your vibe is, this is it!

The Home:
The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is fully furnished with everything you could need in the kitchen!

All bedrooms feature large closets and black out curtains, perfect for those shift workers, or guests that like to sleep! The third bedroom features two twin beds that provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. It can pop up and become a king sized bed or two separate twins.

The living room features a large cozy deep seater couch, and floor bolsters for everyone to enjoy the space!

The dining room table folds out to seat all six people or stays stowed out of the way leaving more living space!

At the entry is a large built in with cubbies and hooks for everyone to store their stuff.

Need to work while here? Look no further than the dedicated work space on a electronic standing desk, no matter how you like your desk, this can adjust to the perfect height!

Step into the back yard and you will find a fully fenced in space, perfect for any pets or kids and a charcoal grill with a table to enjoy the great weather!
