I found my stay vrry nice, but ehen I first arrived I was informed Ineeded to be older than 21 to check in. There was no such limitations, however, with purchasing the room itself.

Beautiful hotel close to everything within walking distance. We were able to walk down the street to go to the ballgame. Lots of dining options. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The entrance is very beautiful and inviting, the staff are absolutely lovely and so accommodating to me. Went out of there way and helped me get a plug for my iPhone to charge. The room food service was so good and the food was delicious. I will stay here again for sure

Very Pet Friendly. We traveled with 2 dogs and they were welcomed with tennis balls and dog treats. No fee for pets either. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the property was conveniently located, close to the convention center, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I was given conflicting information regarding credit card hold procedures, and management locked me out of my room, despite my attendance at a large convention and the convention administration's guarantee of half of my lodging expenses. They wanted me to check in and check out every day while holding the day's fees against my card. This resulted in my institution consistently freezing my card due to fraud alerts.

We thought the hotel was pretty decent, however one morning during our stay we both decided on avocado toast for breakfast and it was literally the worst avocado toast we have either had, bread was not toasted enough leaving it mushy, the avocado was a thin paste on top and the poached eggs were cooked completely through. It was close to inedible. And the service with our breakfast was also extremely lacking.

CAUTION!! This property will charge you for valet parking, even when you do not valet park. Then, after several attempts to receive credit back for the charge, nothing is done.
