It was horrible. This the toilet was not cleaned the floors and the vents were very dusty. I’m asthmatic where else can I start? The furniture had stains on it. The walls were dirty. The stove was nasty. The trash was not dumped the bed. Lenny was not clean enough for us. Dirt was on the towels. It was overall horrible and I went for my birthday weekend. It’s horrible. I’m waiting on Thomas Bruno the general manager for there to get back with me. He said he will refund me my money and so I’m waiting on him. He emailed me, but he hasn’t called me so I will never go there again that was for my birthday. That’s horrible.

Good location, quiet at night, like having kitchen, clean room. However there were several things needing improvement. Power outlets were all loose, light bulbs missing in room, no paper towels provided in kitchen, cleaning solutions were so strong on floors it was hard to air out, too much detergent in sheets...not good for allergies. Smoking allowed on property..it was yuck to step outside into a pile of cigarette butts from another guest.

Good location, quiet, but many negatives. Lights missing or dim in room and too dim in bathroom to see well. No coffee maker in room. Smoking is not banned on property..had to wake up and leave and step over cigarette butts from other guest. Power outlets all loose in room…we’d plug things in and they fell out. Way too strong cleaner used in bathroom and sheets smelled awful from some strong detergent. Phone to call front desk was broke. Will not stay here again.

When we arrived check in was pretty simple, however the clerk neglected to mention our room was on the back side of the building. We figured it out after a few below feezing moments. Once in our room the tv in the living room and bedroom did not work, neither did the phones. We called the front desk from our cell and were told their was nothing they could do, no other rooms were available. Normally this wouldnt be huge except we have spent days at the hospital with my brother and just wanted to relax. The room appeared clean but we did find a former occupants work ID and lanyard which made us question how clean the room really was.

Great stay!

We enjoyed this location and everything about our stay. The front desk lady is the best. You can tell she actually enjoys her job and is willing to help answer questions amd help in every way. She even helped me figure out a jogging area!

Petty People Don't Deserve Future Business

I reserved a king bed room and was put in a queen size room. We checked in late since we had to travel after work on a week night and the front desk closes at 10 pm so I couldn't go speak to anyone once I noticed the issue and we were only staying one night. Further, it was in the single digits outside, my wife is an Oncology patient at BJC and we were put in the absolute furthest unit from any parking spaces on their property. If the hotel was full, it would have been understandable, but there were less than ten vehicles in the entire lot that night. The fact that it's the wrong room and as far away as possible feels less like a mistake and more like an intentionally petty act by someone who didn't want to have to work so late even though they were still open and on the clock. We will never stay here again and will encourage everyone we know to find other lodging accommodations.

The front lobby door was locked and nobody was at the reception desk when we arrived at 5:30 pm. There was another couple waiting and ringing the bell to get in. The front desk clerk finally let us in after we waited a good 5-10 minutes in the vestibule. He didn’t apologize for making us wait and the smell of marijuana was in the air. I won’t stay here again
