when we arrived, they did not have our room. We needed the 2 queen beds. They gave it to someone else. They said if you go through Expedia all you are guaranteed is a room. Not the type of room you want. They gave us a King bed with a pull-out couch. Both bed and couch very uncomfortable. NEVER again will we stay there, or I guess we won't go through Expedia since the type of room IS NOT guaranteed. If I could rate them on their site, I would give them a 00. But they won't let me since I went through you.

The staff and facilities were great. Our room was clean, updated and well appointed. The stars were the staff! Every person we encountered went out if their way to make our stay great. Madison and Kiara were amazing at the small bar and the sports bar. Breakfast was very good and the manager was amazing! We will stay there again on our next trip to Tulsa!

The property overall was clean & the staff was friendly. Check-in was a little bumpy. I booked through Expedia b/c it was $20 less per night than through the app. Little did I know you don’t get your room choice when using 3rd parties. Austin at the front desk (only been working 3 days) was awesome. Handled everything like a professional. The bathrooms in the rooms are tiny. 2 people can not share the sink/vanity. The toilet is too close to the vanity. A little more room in bathroom would have been nice. Not a fan of their parking & the long walk to hotel. They reserve the front parking lot for valet & to nickel & dime you to pay a little more so you’re closer. All-in the value was good at the Expedia rate, but questionable at the Marriott Bonvoy app price.

The lobby area was nice. We were on the 9th floor and it needed some love. The hallway wall paper was peeling & a hole in the wall like they were working bg on it ( maybe). The room its self was good, but the bathtub had a gap between the spout and the tub and the water did not get very hot. The pool was average, it had some kind nd of lining covering the actually pool. It functioned fine though. Outside the pool it looked liked someone had been painting but stopped, covered in painters tape. Needs updates in some area and parking is not very convenient being off to the side. I felt it was pricey for the quality.

Horrible front desk service & room service

When I reached the room I found food left in the refrigerator, glass wear was dirty. Shower was dirty. Room service was horrible. First meal I ordered was a 10 ounce chicken breast what they served was a 4 ounce breast and charged $38 with a 22% service charge for room service. The second and final order was breakfast. They forgot the poached eggs (main item) then they brought the two poached eggs and when I cut into them the whites were extremely runny…extremely runny!! Showed the front desk the video and I was insulted, ridiculed and asked if I ate it. I said no but I ate the muffin, ham and had brown. For this I was changed $27. The front desk including the manager Ray was the rudest I’ve ever dealt with.
