Accommodation description:
A pleasant flat with terrace and garden in a house divided into 3 units. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Quietly located in the Guldenvlieslaan, in the beautiful residential area of Koksijde. Perfect for a family stay. The flat is ten minutes' walk from the beach. Very practical is also that you can park for free in front of the house
Around the Juvamy flat in Koksijde, everything is within easy reach: walk to the cosy Zeelaan with its shops and catering establishments, admire historical cottages and villas in the Duinbergenstraat and its surroundings, and enjoy the wide beach within walking distance. Koksijde Golf Ter Hille and culture in the Ten Duinen Abbey Museum are within easy reach for a varied day at the seaside.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
