Welcome to Ylläsjärvi! Just 6 km south of the Ylläs ski resort, a cosy and spacious 47.5 m² holiday apartment awaits you, offering a comfortable setting for a relaxing holiday in the Lapland landscape.

This terraced apartment in a quiet area was built in 1988 and exudes an authentic cottage atmosphere combined with practical amenities. The generously sized living room and kitchen are the heart of the apartment – ​​the fireplace provides warmth, which is perfect for enjoying winter evenings or relaxing after summer days.

The sleeping areas are suitable for both families and small groups: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a spacious loft with three 80 cm wide beds.

The sauna steams crown the day's outdoor activities, and the laundry room also has a washing machine for longer stays. A separate toilet brings everyday comfort.
