A warm and cozy, compact, and modern ecological mini cottage nestled in a natural landscape on the banks of the Äkäsjoki River. Ideal for couple’s or small family with 1 child for a short stay. The cottage exudes atmosphere and provides all the necessities for longer stays. The cottage is surrounded by nature views, offering Lapland romance.

For travelers interested in Lapland, nature enthusiasts, adventurers, anglers, and remote workers. The northern lights dance in the winter! Midnight sun lights up your summer! Reindeers may occasionally be in the yard.

Even though you're far from everything, everything is conveniently close by: National parks for hikers, Ylläs, Muonionjoki River for salmon fishing, and Äkäsjoki River for anglers, as well as state hunting grounds for hunters.

The fireplace and sauna are heated with wood. Wood is available on-site and included in the price.

Snow:
There's plenty of snow in winter, and maintenance is slower than in urban areas. Snow removal at the cottage yard is done by guests. Equipment for this purpose is available on-site.

Mosquitoes - Mosquito Season:
Lapland has mosquitoes in summer. Please be prepared for this.

Bed Linens and Towels:

We want to offer a more affordable option for bed linens.
You can bring your own linens or rent them.
Bed linens are available for 28€ per set used. Linens are found stacked on the bed, and charges are made via Airbnb based on usage (This is an external service, and we cannot negotiate). If you don't use the rented linens, please neatly stack them, for example, on the nightstand.
The cleaner will check the number of used linens, and we will bill accordingly afterwards, based on usage.
