The house extends over 3 bedrooms with two double and two single beds, a bathroom and a dining kitchen. One of the bedrooms is located in the annex, which you can reach via some stairs. The center of the house is the bright living area with comfortable sofa and dining table, where you can spend cozy hours with family or friends.



From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the countryside. Relax here with a delicious dinner, enjoy the sun or refresh yourself a round in the Finnish wooden bath. For extra comfort, the terrace is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.



Be sure to take a walk to the sandy beach and the sea, which are just 300 meters from the house. In Kolding you will find a good selection of restaurants, cafes, stores and culture.
