Nauti upeista merinäkymistä ja vuoristomaisemista tästä ihastuttavasta loppuyksiköstä. Erityisen dramaattinen on näkymä rannalta aina Spouting Horniin asti. Nauti värikkäistä taivaista auringonlaskua ja leuto tuulet yksityisestä Lanai.

Lähellä erilaisia aktiviteetteja, kauppoja ja ravintoloita, tämä huoneisto on upealla paikalla maksimoidaksesi lomailusi. Robert Trent Jonesin, Jr: n suunnittelema, sekä Poipu Bay Resort -golfkenttä että Kiahuna-golfkenttä ovat lähellä ja tarjoavat äidin luonnon kauneutta sekä haasteita. Jos haluat oppia Kauaiin trooppisesta kasvistosta, kannattaa käydä kiertueella Allerton-puutarhassa tai McBride-puutarhassa, joka on sekä kansallinen trooppinen kasvitieteellinen puutarha. Juuri alas Lawai-tietä on 'Spouting Horn', laavaputki, joka nousee, kun aallot pakottavat vettä putkeen ja ulos yläosasta näyttävällä näytöllä. Mukava tietää, että siellä on hengenpelastaja, jos haluat mennä veteen.

*** Peruutussäännöt *** Peruutukset, jotka tehdään 1/6 - 12/14 välisenä aikana, vaativat 90 päivän kirjallisen ilmoituksen alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. Peruutukset varauksista 12-15-15 / 05 edellyttävät 120 päivän kirjallista ilmoitusta alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. I’m afraid to write too many nice things about this condo and then it won’t be affordable next time I visit Kauai. But the location is spectacular. The condo is clean and decorated so nicely. The complex is quiet and clean. I’ll only ever want to stay here every trip to Kauai.

The Best Ocean View on Kauai

This is an amazing condo with a lovely location in Poipu. The kitchen had plenty of amenities. Quiet and relaxing condo property. We enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of waves with all windows & doors open for fresh air. The trade winds helped cool the condo which has no A/C. The property manager & Kauai Vacation Rentals were available for questions. Mahalo

Best View in Poipu

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view can not be beat! 180 degree ocean view from the lanai. We spend every morning and sunset out there watching whales and just relaxing. The building is really showing its age however the finishes and furnishings in this unit are updated and in good condition. No noise from the street or neighbors, only the ocean! Well equipped kitchen. Great location in Poipu! We could walk to the beach. I think it was 1/3 of a mile. In the other direction was a fantastic walking path that runs up to the Hyatt. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. Listing says it has AC but it’s only a tiny portable unit that doesn’t really do much unless you’re standing in front of it. It was requested that we leave the windows closed while out for the day so that means we came home to a roasting hot condo. Even in January, fans and ocean breezes don’t really cut it. Mornings were pleasant but after an entire day of south facing sun exposure, the afternoons, evenings, and nights were not very comfortable inside. But I must reiterate that the view and location are absolutely top notch!

This is the best view on the island. Crashing waves, great sunset and panoramic views of the Pacific. Very peaceful with one caveat. There is a property manager there who obviously doesn't want renters. Most people own there. He gave us a hard time twice and I reported it to Kauai Vacation Rentals. They called me and I thought they were going to apologize but instead informed us we were getting fined for parking in the loading zone! They never read my email which told them ahead of time that friends had come to pick us up for dinner and they parked there for literally two minutes before this manager was banging on the door and threatening to have it towed. I thought KVR's was calling me to offer compensation and an apology. They should have just blown him off. I would still highly recommend this place and maybe you will not experience a problem there with him. But KVR did disappoint an otherwise lovely time.

Reviewer Comments: Left a review on the form provided with the checkout packet, on the kitchen counter. But ...Would like to recommend better cleaning in the smaller second bedroom. Bathroom and bedroom door panels, moldings, and walls behind the door had dirty finger smudges. A careful eye to clean these areas would be appreciated. Also, could not access the closet in 2nd bedroom d/t clutter/outdoor gear in closet. It's a very small room & would have been nice to access closet to store belongings. Appreciated the updated kitchen, counters, appliances, and flooring. Comfortable beds. Kitchen fairly well stocked in exception to a medium sized saucepan and larger soup pot (dutch oven). Could have used these items. We didn't use the dishwasher as we didn't seem have enough dishes. Wished for a dish pan and dish strainer for counter. The door key did not disengage well from the door lock. Frustrating. Lock seemed to be rusted or corroded? Could have used a better reading lamp in the living area (only 1 lamp bright enough to read by). But we loved the SK setting and the spectacular views of the ocean, coastal beaches and sunsets. The pool area was very clean and provided welcome refreshment every hot afternoon. Kauai restaurants, music, cultural events have not fully opened up yet as a result of the pandemic 2020-21 but we enjoyed many walks and hikes in the Poi Pu area and Waimea Canyon. Dinner at The Beach House was very special though limited menu as they have only been open a few weeks. We understand it may take a while to recover in the community! ONWARD.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rainbows galore. Great response to service needed to figure out how to use the TV. Clean rooms. Large deck is terrific. Weather was so windy that whale spouts were very hard to see. But best weather in the island is on this side of the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once more we returned to Kauai, Poipu, and the Sunset Kahili. We have been doing so since before Iniki. Some things have changed, but the view, the ocean and the shore line remains the same. It was good to be back where it was warm, even though it did rain. Kauai never disappoints.
