Situated on the Kiahuna Golf Course, you'll be just a quick stroll from Poipu Shopping Village and beautiful Kiahuna Beach. The complex boasts a bevy of onsite amenities including a large family swimming pool, a semi-private spa, a private recreational village, a gathering pavilion, a barbecue pit, and lush landscaping at every turn.

This condo enjoys tropical landscape and ocean views and benefits from strong natural lighting. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and exquisite countertops, as well as space to enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, around the dining table, or outside at the dining set on the serene, shaded lanai.

In the mornings, get ready for a round of golf, or grab your flip-flops and beach gear and head down to the sand. After a full day of sun and fun, relax and cool off in comfortable new furnishings and central AC while enjoying your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV for guest convenience. A private washer/dryer rounds out the in-home essentials.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. Loved staying here! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is when we arrived the water was completely shut off - not working at all! It is a problem apparently all over Kauai with new rules they have for water conservation. Something "tripped" our system and shut off the water before we ever got there. It was a bit of a hassle talking to the customer service number and getting someone local to actually solve the problem. But once I FINALLY was able to talk to the local manager he was very helpful and apologetic and he reset the system to get the water turned on. Everything else - location, cleanliness, furnishings, perfect.

The property is modern and clean. The layout didn't work for what we needed but we made do. We thought the master was downstairs but it was upstairs so my parents had to sleep in twin beds which was not ideal. The complex was well maintained and very quiet.

Wonderful condo

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, except that the wonderful housekeeping staff that cleaned Pili Mai 13G said they didn’t find a backpack we forgot on the bench in front of 13G.Info in the condo said things happen and will mail lost items, we pay cost. Totally reasonable. However we called within an hour of check out .Took several tries to get through, then person we spoke to really didn’t care. The other two units on that floor checked out before us. The bench is not visible from below, how did housekeeping say they didn’t find anything. Asked if there’s security camera footage. Haven’t heard anything back at all. Bummer, otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

Great location with resteraunts, shops, and beach close by! Plenty of room for our family to spread out in. We saw seals and turtles on the Poipu beach daily…great location to be the base for all our adventures!

Fantastic condo

We loved our stay at Pili Mai. It's a great complex with basically brand-new units and amenities. The condo was clean and well-appointed, with all the things we needed. It's spacious, with plenty of room for us and our kids, as well as gorgeous views from every window. It's also a 3 minute drive from the beach and walking distance (~5 mins) to a mall with coffee shops and restaurants.

Super nice stay near Poipu Beach

Excellent condo and amenities. Very nice place! Thank you for the use of the beach chairs, boards and cooler in the closet!! The only negative issues centered around the rental property company. They responded promptly via text but with token responses which did not address our questions. I would not advertise this condo as "ocean views" as you could barely see the ocean... this is not important to us but it might be with a future renter. Rental company did not supply enough shampoo or conditioner for our family and we ran out by Day 2 of our 5 day stay. Not a big deal but I recommended they encourage renters to bring their own supply. Lastly, they provided barely enough bar soap and toilet paper... we were down to the last few strips when we checked out, but we made it! :)

Clean and comfortable

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We didn’t spend a lot time there because there is so much to do in Kauai, but the time we spent in the home was comfortable. Kitchen had the tools we needed too and there were a couple games in the cabinet which were very much appreciated as we forgot to bring our own. Thank you for the very nice stay!

Great beach condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. My husband & I spent 4 weeks in the condo. 3 adult kids joined us for about 10 days. We would not have rented such a large condo just for the 2 of us, but it was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Everything was extremely clean and the apartment was stocked & furnished for the utmost comfort. While our kids were with us, we general ate dinners out. But we ate all breakfasts the entire time and made many dinners there too when it was just the 2 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, good knives, some basic spices, pots & pans, blender, toaster & coffeemaker. It was easy & comfortable to eat in. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water even when all 5 of us needed to shower. Washer & dryer were great and we were able to go home with all clean clothes since they were so fast. We used the pool & gym / they were not crowded and were fine. It was the most comfortable vRBO accommodation we have had . We had to call for service though twice: the smoke detector started buzzing and needed new batteries. Since we could not safely reach it,, we called Vacasa. They promptly came & assisted. Then the last day of our stay, the keypad cide no longer worked and we were as a result, locked out. I called the VRBO number but the rep had difficulty finding our reservation. When he did, he tried unsuccessfully to change the code. Then he told us a local rep would come and get us in . He could not give us an approximate time when someone would come or a number ti reach them. After 1/2 hour on phone with VRBO. we had no confidence that someone would come. My husband called. Vacasa & they directed him on how to obtain the actual key. I called VRBO backlit to tell them not ti bother sending anyone. They could not find the original request for service. Knowing that if you need anything you need to contact Vacasa, not VRBO, this condo was great. We could walk to the beach and there were lots of easy beautiful hiking paths nearby too.

Great place to stay!

Awesome stay! Very clean and plenty of room for 8 people! The coolers, boogie boards and chairs provided was awesome. Property managers were easy to get a hold of to answer questions. This property provides everything you need to have a relaxing vacation!

Great place

Loved the view, you could see the ocean out the balcony. I appreciated all the kitchen amenities and appliances. I had my daughter and almost 2 year old grandson with us. Not a super kid friendly place. It was OK. Overall, we had fun.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean & comfortable. They supply you with all the beach necessities...boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, umbrella & a small cooler. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of shampoo & soap in bathrooms & cozy beds. It's a great location to shops, dining & Poipu beach. This is a great place to stay in Kauai & we would definitely stay here again.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! Less than 5 mins from the beach where we would go see the turtles rest in the beach every night. Already planning to come back.
