The space
With a spacious layout of 107 sq. meters, this ground-floor apartment offers plenty of personal space for up to 6 guests. Nestled within a wide, exotic garden featuring over 100 palm trees, the setting provides a truly relaxing atmosphere and a deep sense of harmony with nature.

Upon entering the property, simply follow the parking corridor and turn left just before the end to reach the apartment's private entrance. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms—The one has double bed and the other twin beds. In both of them we add an extra folding bed—perfect for families or groups.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining and sitting area, offering a cozy environment to enjoy your stay. The apartment includes two bathrooms—one with a shower and WC, and a larger one with a bathtub and WC. A separate storeroom with a washing machine and cleaning supplies adds extra convenience.

Guest access
Guests have a private entrance and full access to the ground floor apartment, including all interior spaces and the garden area. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal surrounded by greenery. The apartment is fully independent.
