    Charming 2-story 16th century villa/house directly on bay

    Charming 2-story 16th century villa/house directly on bay with semi-private access to dock/swimming terrace. 3 equally spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, easy access to Kotor without being in Kotor. Old world charm balanced by complexity of installation of modern amenities. Plus: a/c, wifi, private terrace for al fresco dining, parking space for car Proprietor lovely, helpful, friendly. Swimming towels provided, laundry facility available. Neg: coordinates point to restaurant (unclear if you’re in right place), villa attached to (behind) restaurant. Restaurant is private but available to guests, and does not disturb. Shares courtyard passage/dock with adjacent property (belongs to landlord)—which may or may not have occupants. Kitchen functional but small. Plus/neg: isolated if you don’t have a car but that is also its appeal. Nearly an hour to walk to Kotor, but short drive. Kotor itself is quite busy, so the villa is ideally located to be nearby but not in the bustle.
