Upon entering, you arrive in a spacious hallway with a separate toilet and an adjacent utility room with a washing machine and dryer.The bright and spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, combi microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. Adjacent is a dining area for enjoyable meals together.From the living room, you have access to a balcony of approximately 8 m².
