This beautiful studio offers a relaxing retreat with all the conveniences you need. Two city bikes are available for use during the stay, making it easy to explore the surroundings at your own pace. It’s the perfect escape from the daily grind, while still being close to the lively atmosphere of the area.

This studio offers the comfort of a holiday home and the intimacy of a hotel room. The multifunctional space is cleverly furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x210cm) opposite the television, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe for storing your luggage. In the same space, you'll find the cosy dining area at the bar by the kitchen.

The kitchen has some basic amenities such as a combination microwave for heating meals, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine, plus a kettle for a delicious cup of coffee or tea. Please note that there is no stove available. The air conditioning and blackout window coverings ensure a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the day.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, a rain shower, and a toilet. On the private terrace (10m2) facing south, you can relax at the garden table with seating for 2 people under the parasol.

Unfortunately, the studio does not have facilities for children up to 2 years old, and pets cannot be brought along. The studio is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With bicycle storage, private parking spaces, and charging points for electric cars, everything has been thought of. Additionally, two city bikes are available for you, perfect for a day out.

During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment for the stay is required in advance.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding.
