There was an issue in one of the nights a person who was not a guest was allowed into the hotel. It was approximately 3 in the morning and they were banging on our door, despite us telling them wrong room and go away the continued to bang aggressively on the door! I was frightened I had to call reception who said they could see and kept asking if they were a guest, despite me telling them I was scared. Eventually they got the person out of the hotel

Lovely hotel.

Hotel is amazing. There is nothing bad to say about it. The decor from when you walk in to the rooms themselves is just lovely and feels very luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is great. The hotel is literally a few minutes from the main market square and quite central to other areas. It is also round the corner from Wawel castle. I would definitely stay again next time I come to Krakow!

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and delicious . It was more like a brunch buffet which is a bonus. My friend and I stayed for 10 days and I was not tire of the foods. The stars were very nice , and accomadating .I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family!!!

Awesome Hotel In A Great Location

Very clean and high tech. They have plenty of outlets and the wi-fi and breakfast were wonderful. The only thing missing was a blow dryer. We had a suite and I loved the “Disco Tub.” The jets were very welcoming after a long day of walking around town. The hotel is also in a great location and very quiet.

Amazing

Amazing stay. Hotel is still new. Reception staff were helpful. The room was big and very clean with a clean bathroom and a good shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice of good fresh food and hot food prepared by the chef.

Parking at the hotel, and in downtown Krakow in general, is limited and very expensive. Be sure to confirm a booking for a parking spot with the hotel directly. Great location. Very walkable to all the main sites in the old town.

The only thing that made this not perfect was a window between the bathroom and bed and an automatic light sensor. So if you go to the bathroom at night, the light shines through and wakes up the other person. We resolved this by just removing the room key card at night, but this turns off all appliances so in winter or summer, it would have been a problem. Otherwise very friendly professional staff, pleasant rooms. The breakfast is expensive compared to local shops and cafes but it was very good quality with eggs cooked to order as well as a buffet with smoked salmon, meats, cheese, salads, yoghurts, etc. The location is perfect for exploring Krakow.

Great hotel, service and parking!

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the main square but far enough away you don’t hear the hustle and bustle at night. Parking was very convenient and the service was perfect!

This seems quite slept on. Possibly because they don't pay to get bumped up the listings. Anyway if you like the look of it and are wondering about booking, just do it. Staff are superb, location very good with plenty of decent, well priced places to eat nearby, room was genuinely top class, as was the breakfast. Easy recommendation!
