Morsztynowska Studio with Mezzanine is a charming apartment located in the historic Morsztynowska Tenement House, right in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town. This 15th-century building, listed in the register of monuments, impresses with its rich history, elegant neoclassical façade, and decorative details that transport guests back to the Kraków of centuries past. At the top of the building, you can still spot the monogram of its former owner – Antoni Morbitzer – surrounded by allegories of navigation and trade. Inside, the tenement hides Gothic cellars, 18th-century polychromes, and wooden ceilings dating back to the 16th century.
The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Main Market Square, Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, and the picturesque Planty Park. Its location is perfect for both history lovers and those seeking the vibrant atmosphere of Kraków. Nearby, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants serving cuisine from around the world, art galleries, and charming streets leading to the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Morsztynowska Studio with Mezzanine is a cosy, stylishly decorated studio that combines modern amenities with the character of a historic interior. High ceilings, brick accents, and a bright colour palette create a welcoming space for relaxation. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom, and a dining space by a large window, which opens onto a small balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day full of experiences.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, an iron, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV functions, an electric kettle, an induction hob, a fridge, an oven with microwave function, a coffee maker, and essential kitchen utensils. The bathroom comes with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and a starter set of toiletries for the first days of your stay.
