The staff at the Grand Windsock was the absolute best!! Yes, the property is great and the villa was amazing but the staff went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. Our flight was cancelled and they did everything they could to help up extend our stay end not end on a bad note. Tiffany, the reservations manager, did her magic and we are truly appreciative. We loved having our own pool. The complementary espresso in room was a nice touch. Also the free one morning beverage at the ocean club across the street was appreciated. Our unit did not have a toaster which was inconvenient and there is no air conditioning in the main living area but was tolerable with the breeze. No extra blankets. And the outlets are European plugs the front desk did have adapters to borrow. Overall it was a nice quiet place. I’d like to mention there is a small grocery store close to the resort (walking distance). Lastly there is no safety gates around any pools.
