Discover comfort in our vacation home with three bedrooms upstairs, including one with a ROKU TV, and two full bathrooms. Hit the beach is pet friendly up to 2 dogs with a 60 lbs. limit for a $200 pet rental rate per pet. The yard is fenced so your dogs can have room to run.



The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

We have stayed in this beautiful house 3 times now. It has been beautiful renovated since our last stay. There is plenty of room for the whole family. You can see the ocean from the porch. Booking process is easy. Host is easy to communicate with. Will definitely be booking again.

Overall the property was clean. Could really use additional linens. Very thin comforters on bed and there aren't additional covers to help keep warm/comfortable. It would be great to have a throw blanket or two available for comfort while being inside watching TV. Additionally, you get only one bath towel and one washcloth per person for the entire stay. That's really not enough when staying multiple days.... especially washcloths. Oddly there was a roll of toilet paper and a partial roll (about a 1/4 left). We did have to go out the following day and buy more. Plenty of trash bags and dishwashing detergent were available which was nice. The only ice maker is a counter top one that makes minimum ice So we had to go out and buy bags. The beach view and patio was nice and large!Easy checking/checkout process. We were asked to remove the linens but leave the comforters which makes me question how often those get washed from use to use. Overall a good stay

Close to everything, house in front of us had been demolished so we had a clear view of the beach! Kitchen could have been a little better appointed but overall a great place to stay!

Great View, clean place!

We loved the house, the view was amazing, there is no house in front of it (currently). Clean and very close walk to the beach access. Bedroom/ bathroom ratio was perfect for our party of 6. Kitchen has everything we needed. The living area was great for movie nights too!

Great house for a family! The house is nicely located just a block from the beach access and within walking distance of local restaurants. While it was realized upon our arrival that the dishwasher wasn’t working, the property manager was awesome at communicating with us and having a handyman assist in a timely fashion.

Perfect spot in Kure

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles and a garage that allowed storage of all our men’s fishing supplies. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the pier.

Family Trip

This is our second time staying here. The house is perfect for us to have plenty of room for our yearly family visit. We come from different parts of NC. Great location so close to the beach. We enjoy cooking out and spending time on the beach. Even get in some fishing. The house is beautiful decorated and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay

This is the second time staying at this property for our family. The layout works well for us. It is conveniently located within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants and the Kure Beach pier. Also a short distance to Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. Excellent communication with property owner/manager. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing location/layout for multiple families

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families and roomy kitchen dining and living room. Location is great. Short walk to beach but you can see it with your morning coffee.

House is in a great place with a beautiful view and so close to the beach. There are some issues that need a handyman. The door to the garbage area is stuck open. The towel bar in the lower level bathroom fell off the wall. You may want to talk to your cleaning staff. One of the towels in the the lower level bathroom had a ball of hair in it. One of the shades in the window facing the beach is broken

A block from the beach!

The house was perfect for our family beach trip and was well stocked for all the cooking we did. It was great having the beach so close since we had a baby who needed naps and we could go back and forth from the house easily. It's also a short walk to the pier and several restaurants. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky, but there is an entrance on the floor level so it can be avoided. Highly recommend!
